It does not by itself create a client, agency, or brokerage relationship.

Use of this site

You may browse this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site or its content in any way that violates applicable law
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract listing data outside the bounds of the IDX feed terms
• Interfere with, disable, or impair the operation of the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or our systems
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or spam

Property listings (IDX)

Search results and listing detail pages on this site are powered by an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). Listing data is provided by participating brokers other than Meridian and is for the personal, non-commercial use of consumers identifying prospective properties to purchase or lease. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed; verify all details directly with the listing source.

Listings displayed may include properties listed for sale or lease by brokerages other than Meridian Property Group. The display of those listings does not constitute an endorsement.

No agency without agreement

Submitting a form on this site, calling our office, or sending us an email does not by itself create an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, or property-management relationship. Such a relationship is established only by a written agreement signed by an authorized Meridian representative.

Forms and submissions

Information you submit through forms on this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Forms are not encrypted end-to-end; do not transmit sensitive identifiers (such as a full Social Security Number) through a general contact form — use the secure application or screening links provided during onboarding.

Payments

Online rent payments, dues payments, and similar transactions are processed through AppFolio, a third-party platform. Those transactions are governed by AppFolio's own terms and the payment processor's terms, in addition to your underlying lease, owner, or HOA agreement with Meridian.

Intellectual property
