- Within 1 business day your request is reviewed and a vendor is assigned.
- Vendor contacts you directly to schedule an appointment that works.
- Work is completed and we close the ticket in your AppFolio portal.
- Quick survey on how the vendor did. We use it to keep the vendor list clean.

Your lease specifies which utilities you're responsible for. Here are common providers across the Southern California markets we serve.
Water & Sewer
Varies by city. Rancho Cucamonga: Cucamonga Valley Water District. Fontana: Fontana Water Co.. Ontario: City of Ontario Utilities.
Your move-in packet has your specific provider.
Trash & Recycling
City-contracted, typically billed quarterly through the city. Pickup day is on your move-in packet.
Internet & TV
Common providers in the IE: Spectrum, Frontier Fiber, AT&T, T-Mobile Home Internet. Availability varies by address.
Renters Insurance
Required by your lease ($100K liability minimum). Most major carriers offer policies for $12–$20/month.
