Who we are
Meridian Property Group is a California-licensed residential property management company headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights.
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site — a rental request, rental application, contact form, maintenance request, payment inquiry, or quote request — we collect the information you provide. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Property address (the one you want to rent, sell, or have us manage)
- Employment, income, and prior rental history (rental applications)
- Government identifiers (Social Security Number, driver's license) for tenant screening
- Financial information for credit and background checks
- Message content you choose to send us
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, manage your tenancy, or provide the service you've requested.
Information collected automatically
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may log request metadata such as IP address as part of standard infrastructure operation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Some pages of this site embed or link to outside services:
- AppFolio — owner, resident, and HOA portals. Use of those portals is governed by AppFolio's own privacy practices.
- IDX property listings — search results and listing detail pages are powered by an IDX feed from the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS). Listing data is provided by participating brokers.
- Tenant screening providers — credit reports, criminal background checks, and prior-tenancy verification are performed by third-party consumer reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Google Maps — the office map embed loads from Google.
How we share information
We share personal information only as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Categories of recipients include property owners (for tenants on properties they own), tenant-screening providers, payment processors, government agencies when legally compelled, and our own service providers (such as our hosting and software vendors) under written agreements that restrict their use of the data.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for the CCPA/CPRA statement.
How long we keep it
We retain rental applications, lease documents, financial records, and related correspondence as required by California real estate law and our service obligations to property owners. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond. You can request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements) using the contact information below.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; please do not send sensitive identifiers (such as a full Social Security Number) by unencrypted email. Use our application or screening portal links instead.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
