Do Not Sell or Share.
Your CCPA and CPRA rights as a California resident, and how Meridian Property Group handles personal information.
The short version
Meridian Property Group does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What CCPA and CPRA require
This page exists to inform California residents of their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Under CCPA and CPRA, a business that sells personal information or shares it for cross-context behavioral advertising must offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" mechanism. Meridian Property Group does neither.
We do not sell
"Sale" under CCPA means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. Meridian Property Group has not engaged in any such sale of personal information in the preceding twelve months and does not intend to.
We do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising
"Sharing" under CPRA refers to disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration. We do not do this. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or behavioral advertising networks on this website.
How we use information we collect
Information collected through this website — rental applications, contact forms, maintenance requests, payment inquiries — is used solely to provide the property management, leasing, or real estate services you have requested, and to operate our business. We disclose information only to service providers (such as tenant-screening agencies, hosting providers, payment processors) under contracts that restrict their use of the data, or where legally required. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Your CCPA / CPRA rights
California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — not applicable here, because we do neither
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we use such information (Social Security Numbers, financial information) only for the specific service requested (typically tenant screening) and as required by law
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different levels of service because you exercised a privacy right
