Our commitment
Meridian Property Group is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of providing good service to owners, tenants, and HOA members across Southern California.
Conformance target
This site is designed to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
- Sufficient color contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative imagery marked appropriately.
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Responsive layout that reflows without loss of content at 320 pixels wide.
- Forms with associated labels and clear required-field indicators.
- Honor for users' reduced-motion preferences.
Browser and assistive technology compatibility
This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and is tested with keyboard-only navigation and common screen readers.
Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content embedded on this site — including IDX property listings, map embeds, and AppFolio portal pages — is provided by outside vendors and may have its own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
We continue to work on improvements and welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.
